Our Next Guest Chef Event Is Here!

Following the success of  our previous guest chef night  with Tal Cohen who served us up some middle eastern delights  back in June. We are happy to announce the first official Thursday night guest chef takeover!

Fresh of two back to back pop ups at Brighton favourite The Set Restaurant is a close friend of Johnny’s, Luka Mokliak of the newly established Trencher, opening in Brighton in the future.

Luka boasts a diverse CV ranging from Fergus Henderson’s Michelin starred St john restaurant to being head baker for Bread Ahead, making the bread for Will and Kate’s wedding, yes that one! Moving to Brighton in 2017 to Join the opening team at the critically acclaimed Pascere headed up by our very own Johnny is how this northern powerhouse ended up in Sussex and us for one think we’re lucky to have him.

Please join us for dinner on the 24th of October where he’ll be bringing his no nonsense take on classic British cooking, simple, refined dishes packed with flavour.
